15-Day Return Guarantee 

Returns – At NG Jewelry, we make every effort to create stunning, high-quality jewelry pieces that you or the person you give it to will treasure for a lifetime. We also make every effort to bring a quality experience to our online store and display all of our jewelry products online in such a manner that you will be able to purchase from us with confidence and satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from us, we will of course help you facilitate a return, refund or appropriate value exchange. We do have a few minor requirements to assist us in providing returns service for our clients in a uniform and fair manner. (Please note that custom designed rings or special ordered items with engraving cannot be returned or exchanged.)

Return Requirements 
●  We request that all returns be made within fifteen (15) days and exchanges within thirdy (30) days.
●  The item being returned needs to include the original packaging it was shipped with.
●  Please include your purchase order information with the return, specifically your name, order number, or purchase confirmation.
●  The item being returned must have appropriate insurance, and the return shipping cost is not refundable.
●  Returns are only accepted through FedEx or UPS shipping and should be marked for signature upon delivery.
●  Please label all returns clearly as“New Generation Returns”.

 

Return Status Verification

Please allow two (2) weeks in order for us to process the proper credit for your return and refund. This small delay is due to credit processing and product return verification.

All returned jewelry items are carefully inspected by our quality control team upon their return to verify that the return requirements are properly met. A refund can only be made using the same payment method provided at the original purchase. [For example, if the purchase was made using a Visa credit card, then the refund would need to be made to the same account following verification of the returned product.]
